The incident took place around 6:45 a.m., Monday, Nov. 8, when the alert Hampden County resident notified the police in Holyoke of a suspicious person crawling out from under their neighbor's car with what appeared to be a catalytic converter.
Officers responding spotted a vehicle matching the getaway vehicle described as a gold Acura on Old Jarvis turning onto Easthampton Road, said Holyoke PD Captain Matthew F. Moriarty.
As officers watched, the vehicle crashed off the side of Easthampton Road, said Moriarty.
The three men inside ran from the scene but were caught a short distance away, said police.
Those arrested included William Reyes, age 29, by Holyoke Police officers.
Several state troopers arrived to assist in the pursuit of the other two men. Two K-9 teams were on-site and captured 26-year-old Johquan Angol.
A third man, later identified as 24-year-old Daniel Angol was found on Beech Street.
A search of the vehicle produced a Glock 19 firearm.

- Negligent operation of a motor vehicle
- Leaving the scene of property damage
- Receiving stolen property
- Possession of burglarious instruments
- Carrying a firearm without a license
- Carrying a loaded firearm without a license
- Possession of a firearm during a felony
- Large capacity firearm in a vehicle
- Possession of ammunition without an FID
Johquan Angol, age 26:
- Receiving stolen property
- Possession of burglarious instruments
- Carrying a firearm without a license
- Carrying a loaded firearm without a license
- Possession of a firearm during a felony
- Large capacity firearm in a vehicle
- Possession of ammunition without an FID
Daniel Angol, age 24:
